The Penn State Fly Fishing Club will demonstrate some of their great patterns.  Over the past years, this is one of our most popular meetings.  This group is lead by their advisor Greg Hoover and we are pleased that they will once again join us.

March 1, 2018 - Mark Nale  "Flora and Fauna of Spring Creek"

Mark Nale, outdoor writer and photographer, will be doing a presentation on th
Flora and Fauna of Spring Creek.  Mark is an award winning photographer as well as being recognized as the leading outdoor writer in the mid-east. 

April 5 - Steve Galletta - Big Horn Anglers


Steve is the owner of Big Horn Anglers.  This will be the second presentation to the chapter.  Steve will give an update to Montana fishing conditions with special emphasis on the Big Horn.  He will also show us some of the flies that work best.

May 3, 2018 John Arway - Pa Fish and Boat Commission

John Arway is the Executive Director of the Pa Fish and Boat Commission.  He will update us on some of the progress the commission.


June 3,018  - "Get Outdoors Family Picnic"

The Get Outoors Family Picnic reaches more than 400 residents in the area. It is a day of education, fishing, kayaking, food and fun.  It is also the kick off of the "Centred Outdoors" event that reaches out to the community to provide alternatives to indoor activities.
