The raffle for the Orvis Rod outfit and other fund raising events will be held at the July event so please hold on to your raffle ticket stubs.

We will separately reach out to those who registered for the March event with information on ticket refunds.

"I was a founding member of the Mid-Missouri chapter of TU in 1984 and have been active in TU since that time.  I served on the TU Embrace-a-stream Committee for six years and am particularly supportive of that program.  I have messed around with bamboo fly rods since the late 1970’s and started building seriously in 1998 under the guidance of Tom Morgan.  Since then I have built nearly 300 rods ranging from a 5’ banty to a 13’ two-hander.  The common themes are nodeless construction, simple appointments, and resorcinol glue. I have donated many rods to conservation and education causes, including more than 60 to TU."
