Zach was born and raised in Southeastern Pennsylvania. From a very young age his dad would take him fishing around local streams and the Jersey shore. However, his love of fishing and the outdoors was fostered spending many weekends at their family cabin in Pike County PA. He credits his dad and grandfather for teaching him how to catch trout every spring during their yearly excursions. With encouragement from his dad, Zach started fly fishing at 13 years old and has been hooked ever since. His passion for the outdoors led him central PA, and while he has lived in the area for very long, Zach understands how unique and special these watersheds are and looks forward to helping preserve them.
